Full-time role on-site at our Downtown LA office

Roles and responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing the entire content strategy on our project:

  • Conducting content audits
  • Shaping content from the users perspective through personas and journey mapping
  • Determining what is relevant, both to customer needs and goals of the organization
  • Analyzing all brand touchpoints across their ecosystem and defining the best approach to each channel
  • Working closely with the UX team to create information architecture for digital products
  • Determining tone of voice and establishing the most effective formats

Requirements

  • 8+ years working in digital products and services
  • Experienced in user-centered methodologies such as creating personas, journey mapping, etc.
  • Experienced in creating taxonomies, metadata frameworks and content migration plans
  • Excellent people skills — a large part of the role will involve the candidate representing Edenspiekermann by leading meetings, workshops and presentations with clients

Nice-to-haves

  • While this is primarily a strategic position, we expect that the successful candidate will occasionally need to be hands on with high level, illustrative copywriting to communicate concepts. Therefore, copywriting experience is a big plus
  • Familiarity or experience in working in an agile methodology
